Report illegal content

If you believe that content stored in Dotty is illegal, report it using this form. Anyone can submit a notice - you do not need a Dotty account.

Dotty is a closed application for beauty salons: client records and salon materials are not publicly available. Please describe the location as precisely as you can - a web address alone is often not enough to find the content.

This form is for content that you consider unlawful. Complaints, billing questions and technical problems go through ordinary customer support.

What happens next

Without undue delay we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your notice, together with a case number - provided you give an e-mail address (Article 16(4)).
We handle notices in a timely, non-arbitrary and objective manner and with due diligence. A person reviews them; we do not use automated tools for this (Article 16(6)).
We will notify you of our decision regarding the reported content together with information on the possibilities for redress (Article 16(5)).
