Enter the details as they appear in the business register. We will check them against the NIP number before approval. The person reviewing your application will have access to these details.

We use the details from this form to verify the salon and to contact you about setting up Dotty. An authorised administrator reviews the application. Sending the form does not create an account and does not let you log in.

Do not enter client details or any health information.

I want Dotty to set up the salon for meOnce your registration is approved, Dotty support gets access to the salon for 7 days to set up services, working hours, calendar, consent forms and move your client base. Support never learns your password, and you can switch sharing off at any time in Settings.
